金證照有位老師，教FRM的。他很神，在美國讀MBA時，竟然花半年考上美國CPA。他也有CFA、FRM，現在在中國某家投信工作。
現在工作很難找，但他在領人民幣。
不過，他的背景比較特別，TOP 10美國MBA，鬼才一個。

(1)U.S CPA吃不吃香,看你從事什麼工作跟公司的性質如何.基本上,我考美國CPA,並不是真的要執業,只是要證明我的英文能力還有我對美國的相關規定準則有一定的了解.
(2)就我的經驗而言,唸Becker的課本加上作Wiley的題目,是最佳組合.Becker的課本淺顯易懂,但是Wiley的題目深度夠.如果以Becker的課本為基礎,進而掌握Wiley的題目,那通過考試的機率很高.因為我具有會計背景,所以我覺得美國CPA確實比CFA好考.我考美國CPA時,準備的時間不到CFA三級總和的一半,但是我CPA四科都有90分.如果你能先具有良好的財會基礎,那CFA的一二級財報分析的部份,就能有效的掌握,通過一二級的機率就提高很多了.所以,準備CPA的財會,也同時是在準備CFA的考試. |

最近距離的美國屬地應該是 關島 & 夏威夷州 吧

如果每個州都可以的話,可以考慮科羅拉多州. 應考的資格要求不多,只要會計相關系所畢業, 應該就沒問題了.我就是考科羅拉多州的.

台灣大學會計系畢業生可以考CPA(PRC) 無需補修學分 當然也可以考CPA(USA)但需補修至認可的150學分(少數州不用) 關於美國CPA http://allpass.tw/accounting/?cat=6 都可找到相關規定 因為不是每個州都開放外國人考 所以有興趣的 還是到網站查查相關規定 |

若你精力及毅力夠的話
建議你都考
哪張好在不同立場或不同公司都會有不同的看法
所以沒有絕對的好壞
不過可以確定 不管取得哪一張 都只能在企業或顧問公司中發展
在事務所執業機會大約趨近於0(在美國執業競爭不過當地人 在中國執業 更競爭不過當地人) 所以哪張值得 還是得看你在何種企業發展 |
